With a history rooted in serving others, Joel approaches every construction project with the same sense of duty and commitment that defined his years in firefighting. His dedication extends beyond the blueprints; it's about building lasting connections and ensuring that each client receives a personalized, reliable, and trustworthy experience.

Beyond the construction site, Joel is a devoted family man. Celebrating a decade of marriage with his wife and raising three young boys in Groveland MA, he understands the importance of creating safe, secure spaces—the kind that families can cherish for years to come.

Having spent years in the military, Al brings a unique set of skills to our construction family - leadership, strategic planning, and attention to detail - all seamlessly translate into the precision required for a successful project.

Birch and Beam welcomed the arrival of Als first child this year, and we can't wait to see the B&B family grow!
